Our Team

Board of Directors

The Managing Director of MEC is LOYISO NKANTSU, a Bcom graduate with 10 years working experience. After graduation he worked for 4 years in the planning and policy division of the Department of Trade and Industry. He has extensive sales and marketing experience, which he gained during his stints at Engen Petroleum and Nedbank, personal and business banking.

LOYISO is a shareholder and a director of various private companies with interests in the Hospitality, Human Resources Consulting and the Petroleum industries. He has been proactively involved in putting together BEE Consortiums in the Eastern Cape and advising business organizations on procurement policies. He serves in the Executive Committee of NAFCOC, Nelson Mandela Bay Region and is the Provincial advisor of Proudly South African in the Eastern Cape.

The Operational Director is GERRIE BEZUIDENHOUT, has in excess of 30 years experience in the SAPS, and held the post of Provincial Commissioner from 1994 – 1997. Gerrie is a qualified Assessor, Moderator and Verifier for SASSETA. Gerrie has many years proactive experience in Forensic investigations and conducts work for clients such as RAMATHA FIVAZ FORENSIC INVESTIGATIONS & various Accounting companies especially in the Micro Finance Regulatory Council.

Gerrie was also proactively in teaching at the SA Railway Police College in the following subjects; Common Law, Statutory law, Criminal Law and Musketry. Gerrie was also proactively involved in National Key Point protection i.e. Airport security. Gerrie was also proactively involved in training personnel for special events.

The Financial Director is JANCO DU TOIT, Janco is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has several years experience in overseas companies, especially in London, U. K. He brings a wealth of experience in managing the companies finances and we firmly believe that it is in good hands.
